Events @ Holy Trinity

Holy Trinity has a strong school spirit. Students participate in many aspects of school life, and share a sense of community. We have a reputation of being an outstanding school with events and activities that allow students to shine and reveal their strengths and talents.

School Dances

Dances at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School are primarily for students enrolled in regular attendance at the school. A HT student may apply to bring one (1) guest to a dance. A guest is defined as another secondary school
student who is deemed to be in good standing at his/her secondary school. This application must be completed in full and submitted to the Administration no later than two (2) school days prior to the dance. Administration reserves the right to refuse admission to any person for any reason. The approved guest is required to arrive at the dance with his/her HT student. Both the HT student and his/her approved guest must have paid for their tickets in advance. Current student photo identification cards will be required of all HT students and their approved guests to gain admission to the dance.

Expectations apply to both HT students and their approved guests. Unacceptable behaviour by an approved guest may result in consequences, including potential legal action, for both the approved guest and the HT student. Inappropriate conduct will be addressed on an individual basis.   Please read the guest Application form carefully.  See below:

Faith development is enhanced through monthly school liturgies and individual grade retreats. Our annual Terry Fox Campaign involves the whole student body. Collectively, we raised just over $14,000 for this important cause last year.  We fundraise throughout the year to help those in need, and bring numerous items that make a real difference to families living there. You can visit Fundraisers and Food Drives for additional information.

School assemblies bring students and staff together to celebrate successes and discuss important school issues.
